I work in the space of UX, technology and business and I'm always striving to create simple, intuitive solutions to the end-user. I do this by creating UX visions and strategies for both products and whole organisations, processes for how to work with UX in agile environments and by supporting companies and organisations with expert knowledge within these areas. It's very important for me to facilitate a shared
language around this work in order to make it live within the organisation (also after I'm gone).
I have a background in Engineering Psychology and a PhD in Information Systems, with a focus on agile UX. I know a lot about how people think and how they perceive the world, and how to design and conduct user tests. This is combined with a technical ballast and a lot of focus on development processes. My work background counts medico products, finance systems and consumer electronics.
